Booked a room with nice views, and the staff were very courteous and exceptionally nice people at the reception desk. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was exceptionally clean here. The venue was in a central location adjacent to shops and restaurants as well as the park.

Spent here 1 restful day and would definitely go again. The breakfast was tasty and delicious with bagels and also french toast and had something for everyone. The hotel's location was favourable to the event we were going.

We appreciated staying here, it's exceptionally comfortable hotel with super-friendly staff about that Eric the manager again was up front. The venue had a central location in the center of Amish county. The view from the queen room was nice.

Thought that there would be swimming pool, but we were wrong.

The room I booked was well maintained by housekeeping and available with toiletries and the Tv, as for instance. The team provided a great service.

I stayed at The Inn during my recent visit to Lancaster and was pleasantly surprised by the views facing the Burlington shopping center from my room. The proximity to The Shops @ Rockvale was convenient for shopping and dining. Despite the maintenance issues, the staff members were friendly and accommodating, and the hot tub and fitness center were a nice bonus for relaxation.

My room was not as clean as I had hoped, with trash left in various places and a stained shower curtain.

The rooms were reasonably large, with private bathroom.

The location is magnificent, close to areas I visited.

I greatly enjoyed the room with fridge and microwave. Its excellent, central location was a plus.

Spent here 5 restful days and would return there. We loved a great restaurant with a local menu.

We liked this functional and absolutely fantastic hotel and stayed here for 5 nights. We got fashionable and pleasantly decorated room with dresser and a sofa bed, for instance. It had great restaurant.

Didn't like the area, it was quite dirty.

The rooms at Inn At Lancaster are so cozy, with a lovely seating area to relax. As a business traveler, I felt right at home with the free WiFi and 24-hour front desk.

I personally found the 32-inch flat-screen TVs a bit small.

Reasonably large room with an extremely comfy bed which I appreciated. The hotel was in the central setting close to the park.
